Fund Steering Committee

La Sœur Fund’s Steering Committee is guiding the development of the Fund during this early stage—bringing together expertise in women’s rights, humanitarian response, violence against women and girls, philanthropy, and feminist funding. The Committee is shaping our grantmaking approach, governance, partnerships, and priorities, while ensuring that the Fund is built around the needs and realities of women-led organizations working in humanitarian crises. As we pilot our first grants, the Steering Committee helps us learn, adapt, and build a strong foundation for the Fund’s future.
